This was my first and last time going to this place. I was on the hunt for a new dentist and wanted to give Aspen Dental a try. The first day for an exam was great; no complaints. However, the day for my filling and cleaning was disappointing. After my fill was complete, the assistant walked me to the lounge and said i would need to wait for my hygienist to grab me. So I sat and waited. I noticed two people who were there after me, they came and left before me. I was beginning to worry because it had been 30-plus minutes. So grabbed the first person who passed by the entrance. Sonia was helpful (she ended up being the hygienist). She went to check on what was going on and see why I waited so long. She mentioned she was supposed to assist her, but apparently no one put me on her list (odd). I mentioned how crazy to wait so long just to get my cleaning, because imagine how many others had this experience. Anyways, I wanted to talk to the office manager but she was busy. I must warn about this clinic and Aspen in general. Staff was very friendly there and I never met anyone who was rude. However... I have had the most horrible experience with this specific clinic. I was quoted a treatment plan and paid over $3K upfront. After a TERRIBLE experience getting 2 of my teeth extracted, I decided to cancel all remaining services. Scans were done and I was very confidently told I could get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted without surgery. During the procedure, I was told by the dentist that he "miscalculated" how close my teeth were and I would need to get my 2 other wisdom teeth surgically removed. After the procedure, I was left in SO MUCH PAIN. The after hours line never called me back and the dentist would not hear me out when I said I felt I had an infection. He only wanted to keep prescribing me hydrocodone which is not only dangerous... but did not help me at all. I had missed so much work because I could not bear the swelling and pain. After nearly 2 weeks of severe pain, I eventually had to take my sister's leftover antibiotics...out of desperation. My pain significantly decreased within 24 hours. The dentist was outstanding! He was gentle, quick and efficient. He was also very friendly and answered any questions. The staff was not friendly at all and didn’t even walk me out after my appointment. I would revisit as necessary if I have the same dentist again. I would not want to go there for my regular visits.

Aspen dental is the absolute best! They get you in and out and truly take care of ALL of your needs. The financial advisor (can’t remember her name) is amazing and makes the payment process easy and convenient. Princess is my favorite dental hygienist of all time. She taught me things I’ve never heard of after 1 appointment. She checked me for oral cancer and I’ve never had that done before. I didn’t know that was a thing. You can tell she really does care about her patients and their teeth. If you’re looking for the best care, please come here!!!!!

I went to the Grand Prairie location I wanna start off with the front desk. They have such a great vibe and welcoming spirit. Then in the back the DA’s and Dr make the appointment go extremely smooth. X ray process was fast and easy. Then Dr makes sure to fully explain the process and answers any questions you have. I would definitely recommended this location to more family members and to the public.
